A pivotal moment in my career. Starting as an E-commerce and UX Writer Specialist, I quickly transitioned to Team Leader of E-commerce and UX Writing within three months.
This case study outlines the evolution of the project from managing e-commerce to a comprehensive role influencing the platform’s migration process.

I was initially hired as an E-commerce and UX Writer Specialist, my responsibilities included: E-commerce management through oversight of the e-commerce operations and addressing challenges with the existing platform.
On the other hand, my role as a UX Writer was based on crafting user-centric content for a better online experience for the first time for the company.

Team Leader challenges
My role expanded in less than three months, and I assumed the Team Leader of E-commerce and UX Writing position. The scope broadened beyond initial responsibilities to include:
Team Leadership: Managing and leading a team for effective collaboration.
Migration Process: Introduction and implementation of ideas for the ongoing migration process.
Budget: Make a throughout investigation of the existing project’s budget and work with my team to improve the ROI of every single tactic implemented.

The project underwent a significant transformation:
We’ve initiated improvements for the outdated website and user journey mapping. We had to introduce new content tactics through extensive research and investigation. Last, we dealt with the Marketing team’s debt reduction by addressing financial challenges such as reducing debts from 60,000 euros to less than 10,000 euros in three months.

Going back to the initial team’s purpose, the primary objective was to establish a functional e-commerce platform with proper processes and documentation, so we’ve got our team to implement streamlined processes for e-commerce operations and develop a documentation system that allows us to develop comprehensive documentation for future reference.

A throughout investigation and tracking process improved our budget radically
After three months of daily challenges and teamwork, we successfully reduced debts and costs from 60,000 euros to less than 10,000 euros by changing the tracking and SEM & SEO tactics for our platform.
